Judge Loses Wallet ALBUQUERQUE, N M. UPI - A pickpocket got brave or desperate or both Friday and picked the pocket of a federal judge. U. S. District Judge H. Vearle Payne said he missed his wallet ,'.nd could not find it. A custodian in a downtown building found the judge's wallet minus $25 - in a restroom the judge had not entered.

Fireman Killed

MOORESVTLLE, Ind. UPI

Troop 98 from Russellville held a Court of Honor for their Boys Scouts Thursday evening, December 12, with Ray Sieo.ase receiving his Eagle Award. This was the first Eagle award to be presented a Scout from Troop 93 since Scouting began in 1959 in Russellville. The Star Scout pin was presented to Keith Carrington by Scoutmaster Paul Carrington.
