Winner will be announced in an early spring issue of the official magazine “The Torch.” Mrs. Ora Rinehart presented snapshots, taken of the Fall Rush Party and The Preferential Tea in honor of pledges, to the Chapter for the scrapbook. The Chapter voted to purchase a T. B. Bond, in accordance with budget planning. Mrs. Larry Faith extended an invitation to the Chapter, in behalf of the Jaycee’s to be a part of the Christmas Parade December 21. It was moved to participate with the following acting as a committee: Mrs. Ora Rinehart, Mrs. Mick Lancaster, Mrs. Marilyn Evens, Miss Sharon Miller, and Miss Doris Lisby. The lesson was given by Mrs. William Pielemeier on Russia. She began with a request for a moment of silent meditation to thank God for our
country and guidance in this time of great sorrow, to so many people of the world. Her report began with the 1200 century—thru present time. She pointed to the Barbaric ways of earlier days with only slight modification of present times. She gave information concerning the Czars, Peter The Great, Marx,
Lenin, Stalin and today’s Khruschev, as reigning rulers. Mrs. Richard Hoskins reported as the Forecast Reporter on “What is a “Soviet” and what was the origin of the Soviets of Russia ? Miss Sharon Miller read an Editorial from the Saturday issue of the Indianapolis Star news-
