WASHINGTON UPI — By unanimous decision, the Sureme Court ruled Monday that under the Taft - Hartley law state courts have the power to enforce state laws limiting or banning so-called "agency shop" agreements in labor union con-
tracts.
The decision came as a setback to union attorneys who had contended that the National Labor Relations Board NLRB h a d jurisdiction to set aside such state restrictions. An agency shop clause requires that workers covered by the agreement
