Pleads Guilty VINCENNES, Ind. UPI — Danny L. Jones, 23, Vincennes, pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge Tuesday in the beating death of Arthur W. Barcus, a Petersburg school teacher who was found dying in an alley last April 6. Earlier murder charges were dismissed. Judge Ralph Seal of Knox Circuit Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
