Will Not Seek Office Again FORT WAYNE UPI —Former Sen. Homer E. Capehart said he positively -will not seek public office again. The former Republican lawmaker, here to address a farmers’ banquet, told newsmen he is out of politics. Capehart was defeated by Democrat Birch Bayh last November in a stunning upset. “I’m out of politics," he said. He added he had no preference for the Republican presidential nomination or the party's nominee for governor. Asked how deep this country is involved in South Viet Nam and what he thought of Mme.
