Rush Party Is Held By Sorority Epsilon Psi Sorority held theiir Fall Informal Rush Party, Tuesday Evening, October 23, 1963. The party was held at the home of Mrs. Peg W'alker at 902 Hillcrest. Hallowe’en was the Theme of the party. Refreshments, decorations and Entertainment reflected this theme. Guests at the party were Darlene Nevins, Nancy Haltom, Mary
Cash, Mary Allen, Faye Skendrovich, Ann Atkins, Bonnie Sue Higgins, Virginia Walker, Sandra Nelson, Ruth Bemis, Marcella Haltom, Margery Barr, Dada Sexton and Rita Lichey. Active members present were, Romilda Hamontre, Dot Mason, Joyce Jones, Barbara Bridges, Joyce Crandall, Flo Ann Morrison, Wilma Pelfrey, Janice Barnett. Mary Ann Trails, Doris McMillan, Peg Walker, Ruth Hartman and Kathy Atkins.
Michaels Observe Golden Wedding
A host of friends and relatives called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Michael, Cloverdale Sunday to help the Michaels observe their Golden Wedding Anniversary. Coffee, cake and mints were served from a table appropriately decorated for the occasion.
They received many useful and beautiful gifts inculding. Flowers, a Corsage and buttonaire.
Guests were from Cloverdale, North Salem, Plainfield, Gosport, Franklin, Martinsville, Quincy, Spencer and Greencastle.

ROCKET PLANE’S NEW LOOK—This Is a model displaying the new look of the No. 2 X15 rocket plane, which was damaged a year ago in a landing accident. The improved plane, to be called the X15A-2, will have a longer flight duration and higher speed because of increased propellant capacity. It will carry an additional 13,500 pounds of fuel in two external tanks, each 20 feet long and 38 inches in diameter. This will increase engine running time to 145 seconds. Present time is 83. The additional time theoretically will add 1,300 mph to its present speed. It has flown 4,104 mph. The new job will be ready early in 1964.
