spoons instant decaffeinated coffee in 2 cups of cold milk. Add a package of vanilla instant pudding mix; mix as directed on package and pour into 5 serving
dishes to set. Coffee Jelly
1 envelope (1 tablespoon) gelatin; ^4 cup cold water; 3 tablespoons instant decaffeinated coffee: 6 tablespoons granulated sugar; % teaspoon salt; l s 4 cups
boiling water.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand to soften. Combine instant coffee, sugar, and salt. Add boiling water and gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm—about S hours. Unmold. Serve with whipped cream or custard sauce. If desired. Makes about 2 cups, enough for 4 servings.

INDIANAPOLIS UPI Governor Welsh’s office today announced the appointment of Mrs. Berniece McLeaster. Lawrenc 1 - burg, to succeed the late Mis. Inez Kaffenberger. Aurora, as clerk of Dearborn Circuit Court. Mrs. Kaffenberger. whose term would have expired Jan. 1, 1965, died last week.
Hoosier Among Crash Victims LAMPERTHEIM, Germany UPI—The U.S. Army today identified three of the men injured when the helicopter in which th y were riding plunged into the Rhine River from an altitude of 100 feet Tuesday. Sgt. Joseph B. Newbury, 29. of Reverdale, Md., suffered a broken nose; Sgt. Curtis Douglas, 22, of Gary, In., had cuts on his legs; and Sgt. John C. Rhoden, 40. of
Boston, Mass., was cut on the nc' k, an Army spokesman said. Another sergeant was listed in “critical condition” at the U. S. Hospital in Heidelberg with a caved-in chest and possible internal injuries, the spokesman said. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin. Fifteen soldiers were aboard the H-34 Choctaw helicopter when the engine stopped shortly after take-off, causing the craft to drop into the Rhine ‘‘like a bomb.” All but the four listed suffered only superficial injuries.
