Judge Enjoined By High Court INDIANAPOLIS UPI — The Indiana Supreme Court today blocked the Pike Circuit Court from proceeding with a full review of the battle between Rural Electiic Membership Coopera lives and private power utilities. The high court permanently enjoined Judge Lester Nixon from adding four Indiana power companies to^a suit by the Indianapolis Power & Light Co. to block Indiana Statewide Rural Electric Membership Corp. and a subsidiary called Hoosier Cooperative Energy, Inc., from building a $60 million generating plant on White
River.
The cooperatives countered by asking that the other four private utilities be made parties to the suit. Nixon ordered Public Service Company of Indiana, Northern Indiana Public Service Co., Indiana & Michigan Electric Co. and Southern Indiana Gjs & Electric Co. to appear as parties in the suit. But PSCI appealed, arguing an earlier suit in Marion Circuit Court has priority. It seeks to enjoin the cooperativee from constructing the plant and issuing notes for a huge federal loan.

CARD OF THANKS I wish to thank the Hospital staff, Dr. Veach, nurses and nurse aids, also those who sent cards letters and flowers and all who helped make my recent stay in the Hospital comfortable. Mrs. Eliza Page. IN MEMORY In loving memory of our dear wife and mother Maxine (Sears) McGuire. A year has passed dear wife, And long it seems Us true. Sad have we been deep in our hearts Since the master called for
you.
Your life was full and busy The shock to us severe when you grew r ill We little thought the end was quite so near. Then day by day we sat and watched you slowly fade away, Yet in our hearts we hoped and prayed that God would let you stay. Oh! how we miss you dearest one, as you quietly lie at
rest.
But thinking now of God’s great plan we know that he knew best. Those dear tired hands are resting now; The voice we loved is still But the place you held within our hearts Can never more be filled. More and more our thoughts Do wander to that grave not far away, Where w’e laid our darling wife and mother Just one year ago today. Some sw’eet day we hope to meet you, In that heavenly home so fair Where with Jesus and our loved ones You’ll be waiting for us there. So sadly missed by husband and children: Arthur D., Romora Fern, Stephen David McGuire.
