COULD $AVE PLENTY—A new concept In airplane ground handling, as proposed by Roy P. Gibbens of the Martin Company, is illustrated in model form. The plane taxis on and off the carrier, which can be moved at 20 mph. Annual savings per plane in aircraft fuel now used for taxiing would be more than enough to pay for the carrier, it is claimed.
