ROCKY ENTERS THE RING New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller and his wife arrive in Miami to take part in the fourday National Governor's Conference at Miami Beach. The Governor comes to the Conference espousing a liberal philosophy which is expected to be attacked on two fronts. First, by the Goldwater forces amassing at the meeting.
