Mr. and Mrs. Page have resided m Putnam County their enti.e married life. They were married Nov. 15, 1908 at the home of the bride’s parents, one mile north of Barnard. Mrs. Page was formerly Vela Dodds, the youngest daughter of James S. and Sarah Elizabeth Dodds, the two older sisters, Mrs. W. F. Robbins and Mrs. Lona Page have celebrated their 50th anniversaries and are still living. Mr. Page is a well
Elza Page known farmer of Putnam County, having been elected trustee of Jackson Township from 193.1935. He also served as a member of the County Council of Putnam County almost 10 years. They are members of the Ml. Olivet Baptist church of Barnard. They have 3 children; Jewell of near Roachdale, Mrs. Hazel Hopkins of near Wallace and Walter of North Salem. Thev have six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. No invitations have been sent, but would appreciate all their friends attending open house. The couple requests no gifts, please.
