• In 1957, members of the Indiana General Assembly enacted the Indiana Right To Work Law. Freedom-loving Hoosiers — in all walks of life — stood solidly behind them. The Indiana Right To Work Law outlaws the evil practice of forcing employees to join labor uni ms against their will. It guarantees each individual employee the right of free choice—to join or not to join a union—just as he sees fit. Union bosses don't like this law. It deprives them of their dictatorial power over the rank-and-file membership. They have vowed to get the Indiana Right To Work Law repealed—of all coots! The people of Indiana will not be fooled. They know fhe Indiana Right To Work Law has not harmed labor unions, as the
union bosses predicted it would. Instead, they know this law is restoring control of unions to the members. Many Republican and Democratic candidates for the Indiana State Legislature are now declaring themselves for the Indiana Right To Work Law. When you go to the polls on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, May 6,1958, stand behind these candidates. Know who they are ... then vote for them.
