Kornacker & Associates, Chicago, was given a settlement amounting to about three-fourth of one per, cent of its demands in a ruling in Hancock Circuit
Court.
Kornacker sued for $980,694 in upaid fees and $520,000 in damages on charges the commission broke a contract to design and supervise construction of a 15mile strip of the Northern Indiana Toll Road between South Bend and Elkhart.
