CLOVEKDALE Mrs. Jack Davis flew to St. Petersburg, Fla. to spend a week visiting with Mr. anti Mrs. Jewett Nickerson, who are wintering there. A baby daughter, Ann Elizabeth. was born Sunday January 19, to Mr. and Mrs. George Carlisle. of Mooresville. Mrs. Carlisle is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Murphy. Mrs. Anna Mann returned Saturday, from a two week vacation trip to Florida. Mrs. Mann reports that the weather was ideal and that she thoroughly enjoyed her stay there among friends and relatives. Mis. Koleen Irwin, of West Lafayette sp&nt the week-end at the home of her mother. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne McKamey, who purchased the Cole property on Main street, are readying the house for occupancy. They expect to move within the next month. Mr. and Mrs. Durwood Vaughan and son. David, spent the week- i end with Mr. and Mrs. Jewell | Vaughan. They also npent some time with Mrs. Vaughan's sister. Mrs. Aubrey Lewis, who has just returned home from the Putnam County Hospital, and while her condition Is improved she still must undergo a period of recuperation.
