Trains Involved In Two Mishaps GARY, 111. (UP)—Four Chi-cago-bound passenger trains were involved in two accidents todayin a fog 50 miles north of Chi-

cago.

The Chicago and North Western Railroad said that a crewman was killed, and a half-dozen passengers injured. Other reports said that as many as 60 persons

were hurt.

The first train struck a woman crossing the tra.cks after parking her car here. The second and third trains stopped and the fourth rammed into the third. A spokesman for the railroad said that the flag man on the

third train was killed.

The fate of the woman struck by the first train wa,s not im-

mediately known.
