SHELBYVILLE UP — The birth of triplets today failed to surprise Mr. and Mrs. James B. Hammonds of Shelbyville. Dr. James Tower had told them to “expect three babies.” The births were reported this morning at 9:55, 10:26 and 10:4< o’clock. Each of the first two to arrive weighed 4 pounds 8 ounces and the third 3 pounds 7Vi ounces. Mrs. Hammonds and the triplets were reported in “good condition” at Major Hospital.
