FIND GIRL’S SKELTON ABERIDEEN, S. D. (UP) — State and local authorities today joined in the investigation of the death of a pregnant farm girl whose skelton was found near here. Elaine Minch, 20, Orlway, who had been missing more than a year, probably was “murdered” by strangulation, officials said. The body was found Saturday by a pheasant hunter. The girl’s clothing was pulled over her head and the body was lying near a woodlined creek.
