East discarded his last club, and South had to ruff. NO WAY OUT Now there was no way for South to cash the ace of clubs. If South drew trumps, he would lose a trick to the jack of clubs; if he failed to draw trumps, East would ruff the ace o clubs. There was no need to take the club inesse. After ruffing the V third round of spades, the correct play is to take the ace of clubs and give up a club. South is then in position to ruff two clubs with dummy’s high trumps. The contract is therefore safe from all harm. DAILY QUESTION Partner deals and bids one heart. The next player bids one spade. You hold: Spades 8 7 3 2

Suddenly, shortly after lunch on February 5th, an enthe city block in Iteno, Nevada was ripped apart by a big blast. This was quickly followed by two or m ne jarring explosions and a raging four hour fire. The results were tragic: Six bu.dncss buildings completely d e - stroyed, two others badly damaged, ten re'ail establish m e n t s forced to close along with seveial offices. Two killed—forty injured. The dama e along Sierra Street is estimated to exceed two million dollars! The Reno explosion points up three important insurance lessons: (1) Be sure your fire insurance policy contains the extended coverage endorsement which covers the damage done by an explosion. (2) Make certain you carry plenty. In this case, the buildings were ruined, yet it still cost extra money to remove all the rubble and tear down remaining portions. (3) Check the amount of the property damage coverage under your liability policy. Remember, an explosion could make you liable for: Buildings, contents, and shattered windows for a mile around. Come in our office, or phene and we’ll visit you. to discuss ADEQUATE ' INSURANCE COVERAGE.
