LONDON (UP)—Britain and France told the United Nations today they would halt the fighting in Egypt as soon as Israel and Egypt accept a U. The Anglo-French announcement came after a day of rioting in London in which angry mobs tried to storm No. 10 Downing Street, official residence of Prime Minister Anthony Eden. They were protesting the military campaign against Egypt.
