CHILD DIES FORT WAYNE, (UP)— Two-year-old Jack Joe Collins died Tuesday shortly after a nurse administered tetanus antitoxin to precent compications from a fall in a coal .bin. Dr. H. Paul Miller, deputy coroner, said death was due to an “allergli reaction” to the antitoxin.
