SANTA FE, N. M„ April 4.— (UP)—Mrs. Joseph Scanlon mailed her monthly allotment check for S20.000.025 back to the Air Force today and asked for another one mads out in the regular amount—$25. Mrs. Scanlon said her bank told her it didn’t keep enough money on hand to cash a check tha f big, and her husband didn’t have any better luck at a cafe.
FARM EXPERTS BUSY WASHINGTON, April 4 — (UP) Congressional farm expsrts debated behind closed doors today a proposal to increase price supports of feed grains to 85 percent of parity. Such props would compare with the present ones of 70 per cent of parity for barley, grain sorghums, oats and rye.

Augustus Browning pleaded guilty to a non-support charge when arraigned before Judge John H. Allee in the Putnam Circuit court. The defendant w r as given a one-to-seven year sentence which was suspended providing he lived up to orders laid down by the court in his case. The Washington Tw-p PTA will meet Tuesday, April 10, at 7:00 p. m. The band and chorus will take part in the program and the installation of officers w-ill be held. A minstrel show, directed by Curtis Strain, will be presented. All parents and interested persons are invited to attend.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James T. McNeff j of Lima, Ohio. The bridegroom's I parents are Mr. and Mrs. Lau 1 - j ence Kelly of Ladoga. t The couple exchanged their vows at 1:30 p. m .in the First Christian church, with the Rev. Elgin Smith officiating. White lilies formed an attractive background for the double ring ser-
vice.
Nuptial selections were played at the organ by Miss Ruth Daggy of New Haven and M : ss Karen Hill sang “Because” and “The Lord’s Prayer.” LaDonna was given in marriage by her father. Her gown, fashioned over slipper satin, featured a long torso bodice of Alencon lace with swoop neckline, and short sleeves. The bouffant skirt was of crystalette. The bride’s fingertip veil of illusion was held in place by a shell cap of lace clustered with lilies of the valley. Her mitts were of net with lace bands matching her cap and bodice. She carried a Bible covered with white roses showered with white ribbons with rose buds entwined in them. The Bible, a gift of the bride’s great great grandmother over a century ago, has been given to the eldest NcNeff niece, LaDonna receiving it on her 18th birthday from Mrs. Mary McNeff Johnson of Lafayette, the bride’s aunt. Mrs. Sue Carrol served as matron of honor, her gown of pink crystalette over pink satin was ballerina-length and featured a fitted bodice with high neck. Her shell shaped hat was of pink crystalette over pink satin with clusters of lilies of the valley to match the bride’s. She wore mitts of pink crystalette with satin band. Her colonial bouquet was of dark pink roses. Mr. Carrol attended the bridegroom as best man. Ushers were Ronald McNeff of Lima. ! Ohio, brother of the bride, and Wayne Kelly, brother of the bridegroom. For her (laughter’s wedding Mrs. McNeff chose a powder blue suit with navy and white accessories. The bridegroom’s mother wore a navy suit with navy and white accessories. Both wore corsages of white carna-
tions.

Club of Ba-inbridge met Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. D. O. Tate. Mrs. Tate presided during the business meeting and Mrs. Vesta Mitchell led in the club cree l and pledge. “Good Morning Mrs. Dove” by William Douglas was capably and entertainingly reviewed by Miss Mary Rayfield. Mrs. Alan Stoner gave a contest which was won by Mrs. Albert Balch. The April rpeeting will be at the home cf Mrs. Vesta Mitchell. Mrs. E. G. It concerned the care and cleaning of tile and other floor coverings. The hostess served delicious refreshmenis to the members and the club adjourned to meet on April 25. This will be a tour of the telephone exchange and the meeting with Mrs. Grace Gard-
