Brown, 38, Muncie, today awaited trial on his plea of innocent to a charge of first degree murder in the sho'ding of a waitress who spumed his attentions. Brown entered the plea Thursday in Delaware Circuit Court. He was indicted in the Jan. 11 point-blank shooting of Georgia Bryan, 38, during an argument in a tavern where she worked. Brown was arrested by police on a tip from a cab driver who followed the suspect by car from the tavern and radioed his location to authorities.
