nh.iiT sessions may be HELD AT PRINCETON PRINCETON, Ind. Dec. 15 — (UP) Gibson Circuit Judge E. Dale Eby indicated today he would start holding night sessions in the first degree murder tria-1 of Leslie Irvin which has bogged down in a series of legal arguments. The jury was excused from the courtroom for most of the day Wednesday as defense attorneys challenged the legality of Irvin’s arrest, and sought to discredit Irvin's oral confession to six

slayings.

Irvin is charged specifically with the robbery-murder of W. -Wesley Kerr. 29. Evansville, last Dec. 23. Police said he also admitted five other slayings in the Evansville area.
