Wedding of Miss ( lark And Gordon Birl Solemnized Tire’ wedding of Carolyn Shirley Clark and Gordon Rhea Birt took place Wednesday evening in the M. E. church at Fillmore. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Rev. Frank Travis of Gobin M. E. church pronounced the ceremony. Mrs. Marvin Jaukson played the bridal music. Gerald Clark brother of the bride acted as best man and Miss Ann Hartman was bridesmaid. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Iva-.i W. Clark, and is a graduate of the Fillmore high school with the class of ’54 and is now employed by Public Service at Plainfield. The groom is the son of Mrs. Charles Starr and will graduate with the class of '56 of Greencastle high school. Ho is employed at the Gardner Grocery in Greencastle. The immediate relatives of the bride and groom attended the wedding.

Mr. and Mrs. George Priest of Bemidji, Minnesota, were called here by the sudden death of his gr andmother, Mrs. Anna Shney. Miss Myrtle Pickett of Spiceland spent her vacation at her home here returning to her work Sunday. PROBE WOMAN’S DEATH SOUTH BEND. Ind., De^ 1— A coroner’s preliminary report indicates Mrs. Mildred Triplet, 33, South Bend, may not have died as a result of physical violence as at first suspected, authorities said torday. Mrs. Triplet’s body was found Monday night beneath the family car by her husband. Jacob. 38. Police questioned Triplet who admitted fighting with his wife last Saturday night, but he said she left home and he did not see her again until he discovered her body.
