Hunan, 31, Sheibyville, 111., faced grand pury action today in the robbery-slaying of a retired Blanfora miner. Claude Doan, 77, was found bludgeoned to death in his home Sunday, and Kenneth Judy, 20. Shelbyville, was found a suicide victim with a note confessing the Doan slaying. Hanan admitted helping Judy rob the miner, but denied taking part in the fatal beating! Prosecutor E. P. Zell, Jr., said he planned to file charges against Hanan today and call a grand jury to hear evidence against him Dec. 12. At the Doan home, Hanan showed police a barrel into which he said Judy tossed a poker used
