Local Gridders Split Twin Bill Greencastle's B team defeated the Crawfordsville B squad, 20 to 0, in a football game played at Crawfordsville yesterday evening. Outstanding for the Tigoi Cublets were Brown, Sears, Williams, Hurst and Lear. While the B team was winning, the local Junior High was downed by the Plainfield Juniors on the Greencastle gridiron, 26 to 0. Greencastle’s Juniors lack the size and speed of last year’s squad.

Reelsvill’e Indians won the county high school softball championship Monday night by whitewashing Belle Union, 12 to 0. The title contest was played on the Robe-Ann Park diamond in this city and attracted a large number of fans from both schools. Marvin Query worked on the mound and Gerald Overpeck was behind the plate to form the wining battery.
