Mrs. Marilyn Rasar was honor guest at a stork shower at the Christian church VVednesda; night. About 40 women wer. present and brought lovely gifts. The church basement was beautifully decorated and the refreshments were very tasty. School opened in regular fon i Friday morning with a large attendance. Several new pupil.

Mrs. Della Smyth called Sunlay afternoon on Mrs. Anna Phillips. Miss Rita Robinson and Robert Sibliift were united in marriage at the Christian churcn Friday evening. Rev. Roland Rasar read the vows in a very pretty ceremony. The young couple are on a honeymoon trip. Tht- bride is 'he daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noble Robinson and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Sibbitt. Mr. and Mrs. Ray McGinnis, Mrs. Sallie McGinnis, Beverly, Sharon and Gloria Maxwell spent the week end in Cinrinnati, Ohio, where they visited Rev. and Mrs. Raymond Deweese and family. The M. Y. F. went to Spencer Sunday afternoon. The W. S. C. S. will meet Thursday, Sept. 8, at the Recreation Bldg. Bring scissors and warm material for hoods for the Korean’ children.
