—KIWAMS city delivery of mail, one has to reside on a paved street with sidewalks and have a street number on the dwelling, which means that the only new' addition in the city served in this manner is Hillcrest with its newly paved streets and sidewalks. Those living in other additions are required to put up mail boxes on paved streets to receive this service. Lawrence Crump followed Mr. Neal and explained certified mail, which is a new service available at 15c for an article of intrinsic value as compared to 30c for registered mail. Mr. McKeehan was the last speaker, and made the interesting statement that w'hereas Greencastle used to be served by 18 trains stopping here every day, now only five trains stop here. Mr. McKeehan explained, how'ever, that mail service has not been impaired as truck routes have replaced this limited train service. Guests of the Kiwanians were Neal Andrews, Indianapolis, R W.
