PERU, July 20—About $1,000.000 each month will be distributed at the Bunker Hill Air Force Base in pay of personnel and the purchase of supplies and services, it was estimated yesterday by Lt. William J. Frogge, finance officer at the rapidly-de-veloping installation. This estimate was made for the time when the base is fully activated. The present monthly payroll is $10,000, but this amount increases every month as more men are assigned to the base. Lt. Frogge's total estimate included such items as travel or “dislocation” pay, and payments to the families of married men. The total given was broken down into $600,000 for the monthly payroll and $400,000 for purchase of supplies and services for the base.
