New fish dishes are very welcome at this time of year to perk up lenten menus, but this recipe for Fish Fillets Amandine is so easy and las such appetite appeal that you’ll want to use it all year round. Toasted chopped ilmonds, lemon rind, salt, and paprika are the only other ingredients, t’s a dish fit for a king that’s sure to be one of your easy and conomical familv favorites. I pound fresh or frozen fish fillets 3 tablespoons S:cisted chopped Vr bar (>4 cup) Good Luck margarine almonds L teaspoons grated lemon rind V; teaspoon salt i/a teaspoon paprika If frozen fillets are used, thaw first. Arrange fillets ita greased n /z” x e2" x 2" baking dish. Mix margarine thoroughly with remaining ngredients and spread on fish.
