Miss Marilyn Boatright be came the bride of Joseph Frederick Weist Saturday evening at 7:30 at the home of the bride’s parents. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. John C. Boatright of Greeneastle and Mi', and Mrs. Leo Weist of Cloverdale. Rev. Dallas Rissler officiated at the double ring ceremony, before the fireplace, which was attractively decorated with palms, and baskets of white chrysanthemums and pink carnations. Preceding the ceremony Miss Ann Ellen Seals, cousin of the bride sang "O Promise Me’’ and "You’ll Never Walk Alone.” Sue was accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Ethel Sears, aunt of the
bride.
Xh" bride was attired in a rose point lace over nylon net gown,, fashioned with a full skirt, scalloped neckline and fitted bodice. She wore lace mitts and carried a bridal bouquet of white lilies surrounded by lilies of the valley and lied with blue lace ribbon. Her finger tip veil of french illui sion fell in folds from a tiara of sequins and seed pearls. The bride’s only attendant.
Mrs. Joyce Custis. her sister wore a pale blue taffeta ovei nylon net dress ami carried a bouquet of pink carnations. Bob Weist. brother of the bridegroom was best man. The bride’s moth“i wore a two piece purple crepe dress with black velvet trim and black accessories. Her corsage was white roses. The bridegroom’s mother was attired in a black I faille suit, with black accessorito and wore a corsage of red roses. Following the ceremony a reception was held in the bride’s parents’ home. The reception table was covered with a la< - cloth .and held the three tiered wedding cake. The table decorations were candles and blue and white chrysanthemums. Foi her wedding trip, the bride chose a black and white taffeta dress with velvet trim, with black accessories, and a corsage o; lilies of the valley. On their return they will reside at 210 East Walnut street, Apt.

Mrs. Weist is employed at Public Service Co. at Plainfield, and the bridegroom is employed with his uncle in the roofing business.
