H-Bomb Penality
HISTORY'S FIRST hydrogen bomb fatality is Aikichi Kuboyama (above), one of 23 Japanese fishermen burned by radioactive ash from the U. S. H-bomb test in the Pacific last March. Kuboyama, 39, radio operator of the fishing boat Lucky Dragon, died of pneumonia in Tokyo. He had been thought on the road to recovery. (International)
