Bowling News The first of the seasons “match jiaines" took place Sunday night at Varsity Lanes with a contest between “Youth" and “Experience.” In the first round, “Experience” came out on top, with a team composed of Shoemaker, Hanna, Fuson, Burkhardt and M. Crawley. The “Youth" team consisted of Basham, Wyatt, Bunn, Vote and Lyons. Although they went down with a count of 2597 to 2395, youngsters claim it will be different next time. Honor counts were turned in by Bill Hanna 232, M. Crawley 208, and Bunn 219. Several openings for League teams are still available and anyone interested should contact Varsity Lanes. A meeting will be held Friday night at 7:30 at Varsity Lanes to organize a mens Scratch League for Friday nights. It is very important that everyone interested

in bowling in this Scratch Classic league be present so that teams can be drawn up.
