OBITUARY As the busy pattern of our lives unfold we pause to pay tribute of love and respect to the memory of one, who after a long and useful life, full of many blessings, has passed on to her reward. Jennie Anderson, daughter of John William and Elizabeth McKee was horn May 2nd, 1868, near Bainbridge, Ind., and passed away at her home in Bainbridge, July 18th, 1952, at the age of 84 years. All of her life was spent in Putnam county. On October 14th, 1886, she was united in marriage to Hans Anderson. and it was their rare privilege to be permitted to travel life’s pathway together, sharing each others joys and sorrows foi a period of almost 66 years. They were the parents of one son and four daughters. The son passed away in infancy. The daughters lire: Mrs. Grace Coffman of Bainbridge, Mrs. Zelia Etcheson of Thorntown, Mrs. Lema Steele and Mrs. Helen Miller of Greencastle. In addition to the fom daughters and loyal companion she is survived by a devoted sister, Miss Clara McKee, eight grand-children and eleven great-grand-children. Two grand sons, Robert and Donald Etcheson were unable to be present as they are serving in the Armed Forces overseas. Robert being stationed In Germany, and Donald in Korea. A brother, Joseph A. McKee preceded her in death. She was a member of the Bainbridge Christian church, and as long as her health permitted it was a matter of pride with her to establish a perfect Sunday School and church attendance record. For a number of years she was an active number of the woman’s organization of the church. Knowing her many good characteristics, her kindness and helpfulness to others, us a beau tlful and well spent life has come to a ( lose, we may well echo the voice of our Master as he would say: "Well done, thou good a^ faithful servant, enter thou into the Joys of heaven." CARD OK THANKS We wish to extend our sincere appreciation and thanks to all who assisted in any way during the illness and death of our dear wife, mother and sister. Hans Anderson and family, Clara McKee.
