On Thursday afternoon. June 28th. Jefferson Home Ec Club was welcomed into the home of Mrs. Lola Marie Salsman. with Mis. Fern Sink and Mrs. Hehm Fine assisting. Roll call was responded to by 27 members with “A childhood trip to grandma's" which was very amusing Secretary and treasurer reports were given and accepted and was decided to present a donation to Co-op hous tit Purdue. Mrs. Maune McCammack chairman of girls 4-H gave a discussion on plans for food and conveyance to their picnic at McCormick's Creek Mrs Dorcella Keek also ga%-e a report of the food sale at Public Service building which netted a nice sum to the treasury. A brief report was given by Mrs. Pearl Hurst on projects for lessons for the ensuing year, also the card sale which proved a success and boxes of card*, stationary and secret sister gifts were distributed.
