Thurston, superintendent, said today. The school will be divided into six sessions of three days each, and all police personnel in the Department .vill attend one session of the school. Harvey G. Foster, special agent in charge of the Indianapolis office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, will head the group of FBI fireanns experts who will instruct the troopers in firing a .38 revolver,
