Cline appealed Judge v John L. Nlblack’s ruling in Marion superior eourt. Niblaek ruled the bills passed by the legislature after it stopped the clock and extended it", session beyond the 61-day constitutional limit were valid. Cline filed the suit on grounds that the legislature allegedly violated the constitution. GETS MONTANA PROPERTY BLOOMINGTON, Ind., June 2. (UP)— Indiana University today anounced the acquisition of property in Montana where Hoosier students can do field work in geology. President Herman Wells said a geological field station would be opened on the site on the northern slope of the Tobacco Root Mountains, 55 miles southeast of Butte. He said 50 advanced stu- | dents, two faculty members and four student assistants would go there in July to establish the station. Prof. Charles F.
