Fellow Democrats of Roscoe "oott, Putnam county representative in the Indiana legislature voted hi 1 n down Monday when, his “skip-election" bill came up tor a hearing. The vote was 73 to 16 and he had a little support from the G.O.'P. side of the House, but it was weak, as was his own support.
