La.wrence Orr Rockhill, oldest child of Frampton and Emma Orr Rockhill was born in, Cla\ county, April 1st 1X72 and died May 15th, 1947 at the age oi 75 years, 1 month and 15 days, a! his home in Madison Twp. The family moved to Putnam county when Lawrence was small and most of his life was spent on a farm west of Greencastle. He was married to Cordelia Cox, Sept. 17, 1896. survive. After his wife’s death. March 30, 1939, he spent some time living with his ehildren. He then returned to his farm arvi there passed his last years. For the past ninteen months he has been an invalid. During that time his daughter. Mrs. Joy Cummings gave tirelessly her time and devotion. Besides the six children, eighteen grand children, four great grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Winfield Badger of Indianapolis, two brothers, Howard of Greencastle and Frampton Jr. of Brazil, survive.
