Today's farm labor force is in the same position so far os their future is concerned as it was following World War I. Dr.
Lloyd believes. He said:
"Nearly a quarter of a century is needed for the farmer to pay for a farm of economic size on which he can have low cost of production ajid make a profit in spite of bad seasons
and falling farm prices.
He said that farm prices now are selling for about the same price as they sold In 1920. At both points the land price was approximately two-thirds more than the pre-World War i price . However the farm tenure I specialist pointed out that from | 1920 to 1903 land prices were dropping faster than rent, taxes labor and other production costs For this 13-year period farm
