KELLS TAXI DRIVER Washington, Ind, Jan 22 (UP) A former employe was held today in the shotgun slaying of Earl Way, 31, operator of a taxicab company. Way was killed last night in his downtown office. He was shot in his downtown office. He was shot twice in the chest.
