PUTNAM FARMERS ARE YOU Interested In The F ollowing: 1. Fair prices for farm commodities. 2. Representation on farm problems at the Indiana Legislature and Nation! Congress. 3. A fair tax program. 4. World Peace. IF YOU are. what are you going to do about these all important problems? Usually there are three courses you can follow, namely: !• Do nothing »let someone else decide. 2. Try to do something by yourself against thoroughly organized competition or pressure groups. 3. Choose to meet these problems in an ORGANIZED WAY. Farmers have tried the first two ways tor hundrds of years and got nowhere. Only real farmers working together through their own organization by and for farmers « can adequately defend agriculture against organizations that do not have a direct interest in the welfare of farmers.
