According to Dr. Krugman, there are a large number of psychological quacks running wild, offering all sorts of so-called intelligence tests and books on psychology that people can use
themselves.
Such tests are particularly i.angerous when used by parents to determine their children’s po-
tentialities.
Intelligence tests, unless used by qualified psychologists, entirely disregard the emotional factor, says Dr. Krugman, and furthermore, although a child may possess a certain level of intelligence, the test in no way guarantees its use.
