Sgt. Wright is now serving as a platoon sergeant in an Infantry company of the veteran 32nd Infantry Division, on Luzon in the Philippines. Entering the army in September 1941, Sgt. Wright trained at Ft. Warren, Wyoming. He left j the United States for overseas j duty in September 1944 and was j assigned to the famed Red Ar- j row Division.
