O’Connor disn issed one count of murder indietment charging her with aa•rault with intent to kill. The girl’s attorney entered a plea of guilty to another count of as>ult witn a deadly weapon. In his probation ruling, the judge ordered Bernice turned ever to Mrs. Pearl Rayburn.
