MEMPHIS, Tenn. (UP)—Adding insult to injury, Tobe Poteet, 48, of Memphis, was fined $11 in city court here on a charge of jaywalking. Police arrested Poteet after he had stepped off a bus and attempted to cross the stret in the middle of the block. He was struck by an automobile and knocked about 20 feet. Luckily he wea uninjured except for a few bruises.
