SOCIETY NEWS Rainbrldgp P.-T. A. Der. 12th The Bainbridg'e Parent Teachers will meet Ui the assembly room at the school Tuesday evening, December 12, at 7:30. Rev. Forest Howell will be the speaker. Bruce Lane will have charge of the devotions and the music will be furnished by pupils of the school, di.tected by Mr. Lyons. As this is the last meeting in 1944 as many members and friends as possible should be present. d- + H* 4* Community Service 7 f lull in Meeting The Community Service Club if Bainbridge met November :!8th at the home of Mrs. Otto Lefforge. The meeting was opened with the flag salute followed by the o'ub creed. Leaders were appointed for the December meeting. A review of Achievement Day was given by Mrs. Warren Cay wood. A program committee and a sick committee were named. A Christmas exchange will be held at the December meeting. Games were played by all. -t. Cloverdale P.-T. A. • To Meet Monday The Cloverdale P. T. A. will be held in the school building at 7:30 p. m. Dec. 11th. Mrs. Vir-

There will be a Christmas party after • he program. + + 4* d* PIttli-In Dinner At Legion Home Invitations have been issued for a pitcti-in dinner for members of American Legion Post No. 58. and Greencastle Unit No 58 of the American Legion Auxiliary and their families. The occasion is scheduled for 6:30 p. m. Monday, December 11 at the Legion Home A program hen been arranged, following the dinner. The committee in charge includes Mrs. Estelle Lemmink, Mrs. Josejhinc Godwin, Mrs.' Phoob: Brown, nnu Mrs. Jonni« Thomas. Mr. and Mrs. Prevo Entertain at Dinner Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Prevo entertained the employees of the Prevo store at their home in Northwood Thursday evening. Following the turkey dinner there were gifts for all. Miss Alice Murphy, a retired employee, was the guest of honor. The lovely home portrayed the Christmas motif and lent added charm to the evening.
