Mr. and Mrs. George Leahy and Mrs. Richard Leahy of Chi-, '■ago, have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lale McGaughey and Mrs. James J. Kelker. Lt. Richard Leahy was recently killed in action in Germany. Major Kelker's family and Lt. Leahy’s family were close friends on the ’vest coast prion to the war.

Major Kelker is with the 96t!i Division, now attempting to take Ormoc and is close to the front lines. He is in the heavy artillery section and no doubt is seeing plenty of action directly on the front line. He visited here with his family several months ago.

Arnold who flew here last week-end from Leyte, Philippines Islands, for a visit with his mother, is en route to Mexico City, Mexico, where he will be united in marriage, probably Thursday or Friday, to Senorita Aida E. Ocampo daughter of Senor and Senora Pablo Ocampo, Tabasco 236. Mexico City and Balancan, in the state of Tabasco, Mexico. Senorita Ocampo visited here a few years ago and will be well remembered by many friends

Arnold and his bride expect to spend their honeymoon somewhere in Mexico, after which he will report to San Francisco, Calif., about January 1, from which point he will return to Leyte, Philippine Islands for duty in the general headquarters of Gen.
