Mrs. Dolores Cline, formerly of Greencastle, Is seriously ill at per home In Plainfield. Mrs. Glenn Rollings and baby daughter have returned home from the county hospital. He will report^ back to camp on Dec. 5th. Mr*r Fern Grimes received a telegram Friday from her husband, Cpl. John F. Grines saying that he had arrived overseas. Donald Dobbs of Muncie is visiting with his grandmother, Mrs. Minnie Hurst and Louella Dobbs. Donald has just returned from overseas where he has been stationed for the past 3 years.

Mrs. Simpson Stoner Honored At P. E. O. Tea One of the most charming social events of the year was the tea given by Chapter I, P. E. O. on December the first at thi home of Mrs. Clyde E. Wildman, 125 Wood street, in honor of Mrs. Simpson Stoner, who has lecently been elected state president of the P. E. O. organization. In the receiving line with Mrs. Wildman and Mrs. Stoner, were
Mrs. Victor Raphael, vice-presi-dent of the local chapter; Mrs. Jessie Moore Hawkins who was the first president of Chapter I end who has also served as state president, and Mrs. Jane Curtis Hearst, a former member of the state executive board. In the .•econd receiving line were Miss Sara Jean Wildman, Miss Lucy Louise Longden, Mrs. James Pence and Mrs. Fred Ritchie. The guests were greeted by Mrs. W. M.
