Upton Gorham, son of Claude Gorham is home on a furlough from the army, he visited with Glen Neier part of this week. Mr. and Mis. George Parker and Ada Hurst shopped in Indianapolis Wednesday, their little daughter spent the day with Clara Hill. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Horn and Claude Gorham entertained with a Thanksgiving dinner for Mrs. Emma White and children of Greencastle and Upton Gorham. Frona McCammack was a Wednesday night guest of Mrs. Cora Smith. Mrs. Kimball Larkin of Greencastb visited her mother, Mrs. Nota Smith on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Clearwaters are moving this week to the Harcourt farm owned by Gilbert Ogles. Several from here attended the ball game between Belle Union and Fillmore at Greencastle Friday night. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hodge and family of Greencastle were Thanksgiving guests of relatives here.
